- this is your own bathroom but will be used by house guests
- Access to the rest of the house including my office on the first floor (see below for shared amenities)

This includes high speed internet + professional cleaner once per month.

- Are looking for fun like-minded roommates to share our new 4 bdr 3 full bath house with.

- Not home often since we recently opened a gym together

The House:

- Is in a beautiful area within walking distance to Thetis Lake!

- In addition to whichever option you choose above, it includes sharing amenities: first floor co-working space in my office (which has a nice long table under the window to accomodate lots of computers)
- laundry, kitchen, backyard, BBQ, parking etc.
- Also, we have a Vitamix (her name is Vivienne and she works hard).
